Safety Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
Implement and monitor **health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies** at construction sites
Conduct **risk assessments** and **safety audits** to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
Ensure **compliance with safety standards** as per government regulations and company policies
Organize **safety training programs** and toolbox talks for site workers
Investigate and report **accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions**
Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to maintain **safe working conditions**
Maintain **safety documentation, reports, and incident records**
Ensure the use of **personal protective equipment (PPE)** and adherence to safety protocols
**Requirements**:
**Diploma/Degree** in Civil Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
Certification in **Safety Management (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent)** is preferred
**2 to 5 years of experience** in safety management in **building construction projects**
Strong knowledge of **construction safety regulations and standards**
Ability to conduct **safety inspections, audits, and investigations**
Good communication and leadership skills to **enforce safety culture on-siteRole & responsibilities**
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
