**Job Title: Safety Supervisor**

**Job Location: Boisar**

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate with a focus on industrial safety.
- Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) is mandatory.
- Diploma/BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in industrial safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Risk Assessment**:

- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace.
- Collaborate with other departments to analyze and address safety concerns.
- **Safety Inspections**:

- Perform routine safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Identify and rectify unsafe conditions and practices.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular drills and training sessions for employees on emergency procedures.
- **Incident Investigation**:

- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses.
- Compile and analyze incident data to identify trends and implement corrective measures.
- **Safety Training**:

- Organize and conduct safety training programs for employees.
- Ensure all employees are aware of and trained on safety protocols.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
- Prepare reports on safety performance and submit to management.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay updated on local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant safety standards.
- **Safety Culture**:

- Promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
- Encourage and recognize employees for their commitment to safety.
- **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**:

- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment.
- Ensure the availability of appropriate PPE for all employees.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate safety policies and procedures to all levels of the organization.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees on safety matters.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of industrial safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct effective training sessions.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in using safety management software/tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
