**Role & responsibilities**

Supervisors must ensure a safe and healthful workplace for employees. Employees must be able to report unsafe or unhealthful workplace conditions and act to the higher authorities.
- Conduct safety induction and Training and pre-employment health check-up of site workers.
- Enforce Safe Work Practices as per BOCW Maharashtra Rule 2007.
- Observe the site Unsafe Conditions and unsafe acts.
- Report the near miss incidents are caused by unsafe or unhealthful workplace conditions or hazards.
- Investigate Workplace Accidents and submit the report within stipulated time.
- Implement the PTW Permit to work system at site.
- Supervise the safety arrangement aligned with site activities.
- Take care for site workers welfare.
- Conduct the motivation program for site workers.
- Prepare the weekly, monthly safety reports and share it to management.
- Ensure the compliance of TPI certifications, Plant and machinery maintenance.
- Monitor the usages of PPEs by all.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
