We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Supervisor to join our team. The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. This role involves implementing safety policies and procedures, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Organize and conduct safety training sessions for employees on topics such as hazard recognition, emergency response, and accident prevention.
- Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and accidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department managers to address safety concerns and promote a culture of safety awareness.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare reports and presentations on safety performance and initiatives for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Safety Officer or similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with employees at all levels.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field.
