Quality Checker

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect garments at various stages of production (inline, endline, final inspection).
- Check for defects such as fabric flaws, poor stitching, incorrect measurements, loose threads, stains, etc.
- Verify that finished garments meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
- Ensure labels, tags, trims, and accessories are properly attached.
- Record and report quality issues to the line supervisor or quality manager.
- Work closely with production and sewing teams to correct defects and avoid rework.
- Maintain inspection records and quality reports accurately.
- Support audits and final inspections with buyers or third-party agencies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Quality Checker in a garment factory.
- Knowledge of woven, knit, or denim garment quality standards (as applicable).
- Ability to use measurement tools like measuring tape, scale, etc.
- Attention to detail and good eyesight.
- Basic understanding of garment construction and stitching.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with a responsible and disciplined attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in export or large-scale manufacturing units.
- Knowledge of AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards is a plus.
- Familiarity with quality control software/reporting tools is advantageous.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
