**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed information about products, order status, delivery timelines, and related queries.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain **excellent English communication**, both written and verbal.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding any delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Track and report customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Proactively reach out to customers with personalized product recommendations.
- **Excellent communication skills in English** (written and verbal).
- **Experience handling international customers/clients**.
- Prior experience in **international customer service** will be highly preferred.

**Feedback and Improvement**
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement areas.
- Collaborate with product and quality teams to share customer insights and suggestions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the health and wellness or D2C industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a desire to help people live healthier lives.
- Experience in sales and abandoned cart recovery is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
