We’re hiring for **Process Associate**

**Position: -** **Process Associate (Housing Disrepair Process)**

**Notice Period: -** Immediate requirement to 15 days.

**Experience: -** Fresher

**Job Location**: Noida 63

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduation.
**Skill**: - Fluent Communication Skill
**Timing**: - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

**Both side cab available**

**Responsibilities**:

- Legitimate **UK Outbound Lead Generation Process**.
- No Hardcore Sales needed.
- Interacting with UK Customer/ Client to generate Leads.
- Identifying new prospected customer for business leads.
- Provide knowledge of Insurance/product / service information to customers.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office.

**Qualifications**:

- Grads/Under Grads Can Apply.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong convincing abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with UK customer.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work during UK Shift hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- UK shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
