Crystal Clear is currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team for the US Voice Process.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
Must be comfortable working in Noida, Sector 60

~Excellent communication skills in English

~Positive attitude and ability to handle customer queries efficiently

Key Responsibilities:
~Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone calls

~Provide accurate and timely information to customers

~Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner

Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

~Meet and exceed performance targets and goals

Interview Process:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- UK shift
- US shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- US Voice support: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- US Chat support: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
