**upEducators** A Google for Education Partner Company - is looking for Sales-Oriented Sr Counsellor / Assistant Manager Sales (Females preferred) from Edtech industry.
**Job description**
- Counselling the HOT leads to Teachers, Professors, Institute Owners, Trainers etc for upskilling and highly demanded courses.
- Handling enquiries and getting the enrolments done
- Can develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly **sales targets** and follow up.
- Update and manage all sales activities and account information in CRM
- Team Handling experience will be added advantage
- Enthusiastic and convincing with **B2C sales** experience.
- Institutional sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Minimum 3-8 Years of experience in Edtech sales is required,
- Females preferred
- Team Leading experience preferred
**Salary and Benefits**
- Monthly Salary: 15,000 - 35,000 + attractive incentives
- Fixed Salary + Incentives + Mobile and Laptop Allowance
- Flexible working Hours
- Permanent **Work from Home option**
