**Shift Timing**: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM & 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

**Location**: Work from home (WFH)

**Note**: This is a remote position, a strong internet connection is required (company subsidy available).

**Job Brief**:
Efficiently is looking for an experienced, energetic, and talented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in supporting our sales pipeline. This inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making 70+ calls per day and meet sales quota, working with the sales team, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. **Roles & Responsibilities**
- Identify customer needs and requirements and clearly articulate solution benefits
- Work in B2B customer segments
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outside sales representatives for further development and closure
- Work with sales team to build pipeline and close deals
- Track record building new and maintaining strong current customer relationships
- Demonstrate products and represent the company in meetings and conferences, in-person and online
- Track all activity in CRM

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- 2+ years' sales experience
- Outbound Sales - US Region experience required
- Having IT(Tech) Sales Exp would be an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Ability to learn quickly and think strategically
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing 70+ calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
