**Role Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Executive to join our Noida team. This role is pivotal in expanding our retail leasing operations and maintaining strong client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential retail clients for leasing opportunities.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate lease terms and finalize agreements in line with company policies.
- Maintain and update client databases and leasing records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available properties.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate leasing or sales preferred; freshers with a strong passion for real estate are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
