Leasing Manager – Retail / Mall / Commercial Leasing

Location: Spectrum Metro, Sector 75, Noida

Experience: 2 – 3 Years  Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

About the Role

Spectrum Metro is seeking an energetic Leasing Manager to drive retail, mall, and commercial leasing for our flagship property in Noida. The role involves end-to-end leasing management—from prospecting and negotiations to documentation and client relationship management—to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and finalize deals with potential retail and commercial tenants.

Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and rental income targets.

Conduct market research to track rental trends, competitor performance, and tenant mix opportunities.

Manage lease proposals, LOIs, and agreements in coordination with legal and finance teams.

Maintain strong relationships with tenants and ensure timely renewals.

Prepare regular leasing reports, dashboards, and occupancy updates for management.

Candidate Profile

Graduate / MBA in Real Estate, Marketing, or Business Administration.

2–3 years of experience in retail / mall / commercial leasing (preferably in Noida / NCR market).

Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.

Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
