**Job Title : SOH Leasing Executive**

**Responsibilities & Duties**:
**1) Approaching retail brands for leasing of vacant units**

**2) Making Lease presentations for retail brands**

**3) Design relevant leasing strategy related to malls**

**4) Expertise in Lease Renewals/Contract Negotiation**

**5) Execute LOIs and Lease Agreements With retailers...**

**6) Expertise in Speciality Leasing, Kiosk and ATM Leasing.**

**7) Will be responsible for SOH leasing and Kiosk leasing & Signage leasing.**

**8) Will be responsible for SOH activities, Casual Kiosk leasing & will be looking after the Signage leasing**

**9) Conduct Research /acquire market information to understand customer requirements to increase footfall..**

**10) Managing relationships with retailers and constantly looking for increasing revenue through existing retailers/introduction of new retailers...**

**12) Have good connectivity with brands/ Self Leads**

**13) Good connection with local brokers...**

**16) MIS Preparation and presentation on Weekly and monthly basis**

**Professional Qualification : MBA/PGDM**

**Experience : 2 to 5 Years Experience (Leasing Experience to be strictly from Mall Background)**

**Specific skills: Excellent communication skills with pleasing personality Should have good networking with IPC's & Leading Leasing brokers.**

**Salary - 25000 - 35000 PM**

**Qualification - MBA/PGDM**

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
