The Growth Enablement Team (GET) is a robust sales support team with the goals of improving sales experiences, efficiency, and win rates. GET provides support across several key pillars: sales education programming; sales technology, reporting, and analytics; sales prospecting; sales opportunity support (RFPs, orals), and sales asset content and visual design. This remote team consists of US-, Canada
- and India-based team members that support all industries and capabilities within Huron.
The Sales Enablement Associate role is part of our India-based GET, supporting the healthcare industry. Individuals in this role are expected to lead the development of key deliverables for specific sales opportunities, such as proposals, RFP responses, and oral deliverables.

This associate will help us create compelling presentations that effectively communicate our proposals and project objectives. Individuals in this role are expected to heavily support or lead the following activities with the US- and Canada-based GET and sellers:
Active Opportunity Support: Proposals, RFx, and Orals:
Support multiple orals opportunities simultaneously by:

- Presentation Development: Create visually engaging and persuasive presentations for orals, using software like PowerPoint, Keynote, and Prezi.
- Audience Analysis: Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and preferences of different audiences, including clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives that effectively convey the company's value proposition and project goals.
- Design and Layout: Design and format slides, ensuring consistency with company branding and visual standards.
- Data Visualization: Develop clear and impactful data visualizations to support key messages and enhance storytelling.
- Technical Integration: Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, animations, and interactive components to enhance presentations.
- Feedback Incorporation: Gather and integrate feedback from team members and clients to continuously improve presentation quality.
- Quality Assurance: Review and edit presentations for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company guidelines.
- Project Management: Manage the development process proactively and maintaining real-time status of all progress and outstanding tasks. By maintaining appropriate status in workflow technology programs and communicating proactively with all key stakeholders
- Leading Practice: Following and promoting Huron brand and visual identity guidelines and sales development procedures.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on effective presentation techniques and tools.

Additional Sales Enablement Support and Team Initiatives:

- Assisting with maintaining Huron’s sales asset management system, Seismic, through the close-out process and regular maintenance tasks.
- Completing advisory support requests, such as pulling graphic content, previous submissions, and templates, and sending to requestors, as needed.
- Enhancing current sales content through special projects, as needed
- Assisting with GET improvement initiatives outlined in GET’s annual plan, as needed

Position Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant business experience
- Consulting or sales enablement experience preferred.
- Proficient in written and oral English
- Ability to work effectively across time zones
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office Suite products (Word, SharePoint)
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent effective working relationships
- Strong proactive communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals of varying work styles
- Expert attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks with deadlines that often require a quick turnaround across a team
- Ability to prioritize workload and to make strategic decisions about what to accomplish when faced with competing needs
