**Job Profile-**

**Designation: Brand Designer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with Team members and account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job & able to provide feedback to the team
- Work on pitches and our key campaigns, alongside our daily content
- Capable of working within a pressurized environment to meet tight deadlines
- Able to do effective Ideation of the overall content, designing as per the client's requirements
- Think creatively and independently design concepts, graphics, layouts, and design
- Obtains approval of concept by submitting a rough layout for approval to the team leader
- Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
- Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.
- Create mood boards, mind maps, and be a part of brainstorming sessions
- Deliver high-fidelity schematics, workflows, interaction storyboards, and design deliverables that guide creative, content, and development efforts
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and set a tone for the brand content.
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas to the internal team members and to the clients
- Ability to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, videos, layouts, and other designs
- Creation of reels and videos
- Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels
- Able to deliver the requested creatives in the timeframe and follow a strict deadline.
- Able to do the complete research of the designers aspect, new ideas, critical design thinking & keep update on the recent market as well
- Should have in-depth knowledge of brand strategies and digital mediums, design languages

**Skills**:

- Well-Versed with Designing Software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Coral Draw, Indesign, Figma
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Team Building Skills
- Ability to have fun in the creation process
- Excellent sense of design principles, including color, typography, layout, and ability to create strong visual messaging

**Education**: A Graduation degree from a design college, communication, or equivalent

**Experience**: 1 - 2 years of experience with a digital marketing/ creative/design agency

**Working Days**: Monday to Friday

**Working Hours**: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

**Salary**: As per industry standards
