Brand Designer

**Job Summary**:
Bighit, a leading sports platform, is seeking a talented and creative Brand Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Brand Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative design strategies to enhance Bighit's brand identity and engage our target audience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling and cohesive brand assets across various channels. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain Bighit's brand identity by creating visually appealing and impactful designs, including logos, icons, typography, and color palettes.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand image.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform design decisions and ensure that Bighit's brand remains relevant and competitive.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their design needs and translate them into visually compelling solutions.
- Work closely with the UX/UI team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that align with the overall brand aesthetic.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work that aligns with business objectives.
- Stay informed about the latest design tools, software, and technologies and explore opportunities to enhance the design process and workflow.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Bighit's target audience and ensure that all design work resonates with their preferences and interests.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional design training are a plus.
- Proven experience 2-3 years as a brand designer or a similar role, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry. Portfolio of previous design work is required.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the digital and print media space.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions that align with brand objectives and resonate with the target audience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in design work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Passion for sports and a deep understanding of sports culture and trends is highly desirable.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
