**Job Description: Jr. Brand Designer **(Exerience: 5-7 Years)

A junior/mid brand designer plays a crucial role in creating and maintaining a consistent and compelling visual identity for a company, product, or service. They work closely with the creative team, including senior designers and marketing professionals, to execute design projects that align with the overall brand strategy.

**Job Summary**:
A junior brand designer will assist in developing and maintaining our brand's visual identity across various platforms. Collaborate with the creative team to create design assets that effectively communicate our brand message and values to our target audience. Creative skills and attention to detail that will contribute to enhancing our brand's recognition and reputation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and implementing design concepts for various marketing and branding materials, such as logos, packaging, social media graphics, and website elements.
- Collaborate with senior designers and other team members to develop and refine design ideas that align with the brand's guidelines and strategy.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design concepts that elevate the brand's visual appeal and uniqueness.
- Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and consistent design deliverables.
- Adapt existing brand assets for different media and platforms while maintaining visual coherence and brand integrity.
- Help update the brand's design style guide, ensuring that all design elements adhere to established guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and enhance design skills.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts meet project goals and objectives.
- Assist in photo retouching, image editing, and other post-production tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects that demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to different styles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of branding and marketing concepts.
- Eagerness to learn and take direction from senior team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of web design and UX/UI principles (a plus, but not required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
