We are looking for a passionate and strategic Brand Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for an innovative thinker who understands brand identity, visual storytelling, and the power of design in building a strong market presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing compelling brand assets, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and crafting visually engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

Location: Churchgate, Mumbai (on-site)
Pay Scale : 30,000 to 50,000 (Depending on the profile)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute branding concepts that align with clients' business goals and market positioning.

  • Create compelling visual assets for brand identities, including logos, typography, colour palettes, brand guidelines, and packaging.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and strategy teams, to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

  • Design and refine marketing materials, including digital content, social media assets, presentations, print collateral, and advertising campaigns.

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer behaviours to inform creative strategies.

  • Maintain brand integrity by ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and platforms.

  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders to enhance brand impact and effectiveness.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Branding, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, Figma, and other design software.

  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, typography, colour theory, and design systems.

  • Ability to conceptualise and develop unique brand stories that resonate with target audiences.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple branding projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills to present design concepts and strategies effectively.

  • A proactive attitude with a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and design innovations.
