**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **Junior HR Recruiter** to support hiring efforts for **non-technical positions** such as **Sales, Operations, Admin, and Support roles**. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic recruitment experience to build a solid foundation in talent acquisition within a fast-growing IT company.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Draft and update **job descriptions** for sales, operations, admin, and support roles
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screenings
- Assist in onboarding processes and follow-ups post-selection
- Work closely with the HR team to support recruitment strategies and improvements
- Ensure timely closures of assigned open positions

**Skills & Competencies**
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in **recruitment** or **HR coordination**:

- Strong **verbal and written communication** skills
- Basic understanding of **non-tech functions** (sales, operations, admin, etc.)
- Time management and multitasking ability
- Willingness to learn and grow within the HR domain
