**1. End-to-End Recruitment**:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle — **sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and final selection**.
- Understand the client’s job requirements, industry standards, and organizational culture.
- Develop job descriptions and job postings for various non-IT roles.

**2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition**:

- Use innovative and cost-effective sourcing techniques to attract top talent.

**3. Screening & Evaluation**:
**4. Client Coordination & Relationship Management**:

- Manage client requirements effectively and ensure **timely delivery of shortlisted profiles**.
- Maintain strong client relationships to understand future hiring needs.

**5. Offer Management & Onboarding**:

- Handle **salary negotiation**, offer release, and post-offer follow-ups.

**6. Reporting & Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate and updated records of recruitment activities in the ATS/Excel.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and track hiring progress.
- Analyze recruitment metrics like **time-to-fill**, **offer-to-join ratio**, and **source effectiveness**.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field**.
- **1-3 years** of experience in **Non-IT Recruitment** (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of **end-to-end recruitment processes** and industry trends.
- Hands-on experience with major **job portals, sourcing tools, and social media hiring**.
- Excellent **communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills**.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented professional.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
