**Role Description**: Healthcare Sales & Marketing Specialist

As a Healthcare Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying, targeting, and securing clients within the healthcare industry.

Your primary focus will be on selling our specialized services, including Credentialing, Prior Authorization, Eligibility Verifications, RCM Services, to healthcare providers across the USA, along with our other services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Acquisition:
Identify potential clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, and develop strategies to reach and engage them.
- Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our services. Tailor marketing messages to meet the specific needs and pain points of different healthcare clients.
- Service Presentation:
Present and explain the benefits of our services—Credentialing, Prior Authorization, and Eligibility Verifications—to potential clients, highlighting how these services can streamline their operations and improve patient outcomes.
- Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the main point of contact for client queries and concerns.
- Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands. Use this information to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on sales activities and outcomes. Use data-driven insights to refine sales approaches and achieve targets.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**

1. Strong background in S&M, preferably in the healthcare industry (min
- 3 years)

2. Excellent communication ( English ) and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to analyze data and market trends

4. Experience in developing and implementing Sales strategies

5. Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO tools and platforms

6. Ability to sell

**Experience**:
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in healthcare sales and marketing, with specific expertise in Credentialing, Prior Authorization, and Eligibility Verifications.
