We need Managers with Clinical Background to help establish Wheelchair Business Division Across Chennai/Kochi/Hyderabad/Delhi.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Meeting annual revenue plans and business targets.
- Develop business activities in both B2C and B2B areas in your region.
- Work closely with our digital marketing team, tele sales team and tender team to grow SCOOT’s reach and business channels.
- Assist Business Director in re-building SCOOT’s product portfolio.
- Recruiting, managing and developing a team of business professionals for your region to deliver the annual plans.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of all team members in your region.
- Coordinate activities with other Regional Managers.
- Report directly to the Business Director on all activities in your region.
- Establish contacts and performing follow-ups with referrals/doctors on a regular basis.
- Achieve monthly targets.
- Leading the clinical approach in your region to ensure our customers’ needs are best served.
- Support our clinical teams in your region to deliver international quality services standards for wheelchairs, seating and mobility aids.
- Build relationships and referral systems with key regional doctors, institutions, and hospitals.
- Deliver professional presentations to raise awareness of clinical excellence and appropriate product provision to a wide range of external stakeholders.
- Ensure the SCOOT team have sufficient knowledge and understanding of our customers’ needs and our range of products.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
