As we celebrate our 1-year anniversary, we are expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition and contribute to the continued growth of our staffing business._

**Position Overview**:

- As a Business Development Manager at Genesis Technology Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing strategic business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our healthcare staffing services. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven sales track record, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the USA healthcare industry._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and target healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations as potential clients for our staffing services.
- **Relationship Building**:Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the healthcare industry to understand their staffing needs and challenges.
- **Sales Strategy**: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities and positioning strategies.
- **Proposal Development**: Collaborate with the internal team to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to clients' needs and objectives.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Lead negotiations, finalize agreements, and ensure mutually beneficial terms for both the company and clients.
- **Performance Metrics**: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on the success of business development efforts.
- **Client Retention**: Implement strategies to cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Proven experience 5+ in business development within the healthcare staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the USA healthcare landscape, staffing needs, and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹14,445.27 - ₹46,214.29 per month

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Healthcare management: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Relocate before starting work (required)
