- 3 years of experience in a reservation or front desk role, preferably in a hotel or resort
- Minimum experience:

- 1 of experience in a customer service or reservation role within the hospitality industry.

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- familiarity with reservation systems

**Languages known : Hindi and Marathi**

**Profile Introduction**:
As a Reservation Agent in our esteemed Hotel/Resort, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking accommodations. Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless booking experiences and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. With your excellent communication skills and attention to detail, you'll assist guests in making reservations, providing them with pertinent information about our facilities, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their stay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, and amenities to guests.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the booking system with precision.
- Assist guests with special requests and accommodations, ensuring their needs are met.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide guests with relevant information and recommendations.
- Uphold confidentiality and security standards in handling guest information and payment details.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote special packages and deals.
- Monitor reservation trends and communicate insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Strive to achieve and exceed reservation targets and guest satisfaction metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing reservations and guest information.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, services, and local attractions is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
