Department Food Beverage Location Hotel Centre Point Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary The F B Service Executive is responsible for ensuring exceptional dining experiences by supervising and coordinating the activities of the F B service team This role involves maintaining high standards of service supporting daily operations addressing guest needs and ensuring smooth execution of food and beverage service in line with company standards Key Responsibilities Supervise daily F B operations across restaurant bar or banquet settings Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service Assist in training guiding and mentoring service staff to meet service standards Monitor cleanliness organization and presentation of service areas Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally escalating issues when needed Manage reservations seating arrangements and guest flow efficiently Maintain inventory of service items and coordinate with procurement for restocking Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards Assist in planning and executing events promotions or special dining experiences Generate service reports and provide input to management for performance improvement Qualifications Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Knowledge of food and beverage products service techniques and industry trends Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Working Conditions Flexible work schedule including weekends holidays and evenings On-foot for extended periods may require lifting or carrying service items Job Type Permanent Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Work Location In person
