Job Title F B Service Executive Floor Waiter Location Artjuna Goa Job Type Full-Time About Artjuna Artjuna is a vibrant and creative cafe and lifestyle space in Goa known for its healthy food welcoming atmosphere and unique cultural vibe We are passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences and take pride in our commitment to quality consistency and community Role Overview We are seeking a friendly professional and energetic F B Service Executive Floor Waiter to join our service team You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and satisfying dining experience for our guests by providing efficient attentive and personalized service on the restaurant floor Key Responsibilities Greet and seat guests warmly and ensure a smooth friendly service experience Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner Be knowledgeable about the menu ingredients and special items to assist guests with inquiries and suggestions Monitor tables and attend to guest needs proactively refills clearing plates etc Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area at all times Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant floor daily Follow Artjuna s service standards grooming and conduct policies Requirements Prior experience in food beverage service or hospitality 1 year preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and team spirit Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards Flexible to work on weekends holidays and in shifts Familiarity with POS systems is a plus English proficiency is essential knowledge of Hindi or Konkani is an advantage What We Offer A fun supportive and creative work environment Competitive salary and tips Staff meals and employee discounts Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and evolving hospitality brand Overtime Salary PF Health Insurance www artjuna com www mojigao com Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 20 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
