**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and energetic **F&B Service Executive / Floor Waiter** to join our service team. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and satisfying dining experience for our guests by providing efficient, attentive, and personalized service on the restaurant floor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests warmly and ensure a smooth, friendly service experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu, ingredients, and special items to assist guests with inquiries and suggestions.
- Monitor tables and attend to guest needs proactively (refills, clearing plates, etc.).
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant floor daily.
- Follow Artjuna’s service standards, grooming, and conduct policies.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in food & beverage service or hospitality (1+ year preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and team spirit.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
- Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and in shifts.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- English proficiency is essential; knowledge of Hindi or Konkani is an advantage.
