Job Title: Associate Project Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordination with Departments:

- The individual will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating content processes related to jewelry products, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and seamless execution.
- Serve as the point of contact between the product design team, rendering agency, and other departments.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure alignment on timelines, priorities, and deliverables.

2. Assist the Business Head:

- Support the Business Head in managing various day-to-day projects.
- Assist in project planning, execution, and tracking to meet organizational goals.
- Preparing reports and analysis

3. Updation and maintenance of digital library:

- Update and maintain the digital library, ensuring all assets are current and well-organized.
- Collaborate with the studio team to streamline content creation and management processes.
- Coordinate with rendering agencies to deliver content tailored to customer specifications and brand standards.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Background: A graduate from institutes like IIGJ with a strong understanding of jewelry is a must.
- Experience in the Jewelry Field: A minimum of one year of experience in the jewelry industry is required.
- Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Proven ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English.
- Asset/Content Management Experience: Prior experience in digital content management, preferably within the jewelry industry is a plus.
- Independence & Collaboration: Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with teams.
- Product Sensitivity & Creativity: Strong sense of product aesthetics and creative alignment
