We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Coordinator/Manager to oversee the smooth execution of projects, manage client interactions, maintain project statuses, and coordinate tasks with our in-house team and freelance associates.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and maintain project schedules, statuses, and documentation using Excel or project management software.

Coordinate with clients to download project files, ensuring all necessary materials are accessible and stored securely on company servers.

Allocate tasks to in-house team members and freelancers, ensuring deadlines are met and project requirements are fulfilled.

Oversee project progress, ensuring all client-requested edits are implemented accurately and meet quality standards.

Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address queries, and gather feedback to ensure client satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows, troubleshoot issues, and maintain project quality and timelines.

Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the architectural visualization or related industry.

Proficiency in project management tools/software and Microsoft Excel for maintaining project documentation.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interactions and team collaboration.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results within specified timelines.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work both independently and within a team.
