Blooming Floret is a thriving e-commerce business passionate about delivering beautiful faux florals, stunning artificial arrangements, and everything in between We're looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Packaging & Inventory Management Specialist

**The Role**:
You'll be the core team member behind ensuring our orders arrive at their destinations looking fresh and fabulous You'll meticulously package orders, manage inventory levels across a variety of products, and keep our warehouse operations running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pack outgoing orders with care, ensuring both fresh and artificial flowers, plants, and any accompanying items (vases, wrapping materials) are secured and protected for delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels across all products, including fresh flowers, artificial arrangements, plants, vases, and wrapping materials.
- Process incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and ensuring proper storage for both fresh and artificial items.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse for efficient order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in a warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment role (or a strong desire to learn).
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles is a plus.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience in packaging delicate items.
- Experience working in an e-commerce fulfillment environment.
- Knowledge of common florist supplies, fresh flowers, and artificial plants (preferred, but not required).
