We are hiring for the role of Sr. Executive / Executive - Ecommerce

Location: Vasant Vihar, Delhi

**E-commerce **is a leader who develops and manages the Ecommerce team and looks after day to day operations of the Ecommerce department on behalf of the organization. The designated individual will play a vital role in smooth functioning of our ecommerce activities.

The daily work of a Ecommerce looks like:

- Online order processing
- Maintain MIS report
- Take daily follow up with courier for delivery
- Manage customer complaints
- Manage Dispatch/ delivery / post delivery
- Coordinating with store for dispatch and post delivery issue
- Product listing on various portals
- Should have sound experience in Nykaa, Amazon, Cloudtail and Shopify websites
- Should have handled multiple e commerce portals
- Graduation (Any)
- **2+ years** of experience in E-commerce role (beauty and skin care industry)
- Good communication skills
- Should be active and fast

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
