**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Executive with a background in

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize the company's presence on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, attractive visuals, and compelling product descriptions.
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets in alignment with overall business goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic, and average order value, to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior in the FMCG e-commerce sector.
- Plan and implement online marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and engage with existing ones.
- Work closely with digital marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of online orders.
- Manage customer reviews and feedback on e-commerce platforms, responding promptly and effectively to inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Collaborate with external partners, including third-party e-commerce platforms, agencies, and vendors, to optimize online operations.
- Provide regular reports and insights on e-commerce performance, including sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay informed about new e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and stay ahead in the market.
- Must have knowledge of unicorn inventory system.
- Must have good knowldge of excel.
- Shipment Creation:* Vendors create shipments within Vendor Central, specifying the products, quantities, and destination fulfillment centers.
- Inventory Management:* Vendors manage their inventory levels and replenishment strategies within Vendor Central, ensuring products are available for sale.
- Invoicing and Payments:* Vendors submit invoices for shipped products through Vendor Central, and payments are processed based on agreed-upon terms.
- Fulfillment Center Management:* Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring targets are met.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an E-Commerce Executive, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and online customer behavior.
- Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon, Shopify etc.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with FMCG industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Knowledge of e-commerce regulations and best practices.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
