**Client Onboarding**:

- Help new clients get set up by gathering necessary info and documents.
- Work with different teams to integrate new clients smoothly.
- Check and validate client info for compliance.
- Collaborate with sales to understand and meet client expectations.
- Provide clients with timely and accurate info on account setup.

**Client Servicing**:

- Be the main contact for clients, addressing their questions and providing great service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Collaborate internally to resolve client issues quickly.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services based on client needs.
- Prepare and share regular performance reports with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in client onboarding or similar roles.
- Understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
