Client Service Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Client Servicing Representative** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You’ll serve as a bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and trust.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and recommend additional products or services.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects or services.
- Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to offer informed recommendations.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets by ensuring client retention and loyalty.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in customer service, client servicing, or account management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional listening and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
