Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- **Surveillance and Monitoring**:
Oversee surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks and ensure adherence to company protocols.
- **Access Control**:
Manage entry points, verifying identification and granting access only to authorized personnel.
- **Incident Response**:
Respond swiftly to security breaches, alarms, and emergencies, coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
Maintain detailed logs of activities and incidents, preparing comprehensive reports for management review.
- **Safety Compliance**:
Promote and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, contributing to a safe workplace for all.
- **Training and Awareness**:
Provide security training for employees and disseminate information on emergency procedures and safety protocols.
- **Customer Service**:
Assist employees and visitors, ensuring a welcoming yet secure environment.
- **Collaboration**:
Liaise with management and external agencies to enhance security strategies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent; military training or further education in security management is a plus.
- **Experience**:
Background in the Indian Army with experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong observational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in emergencies
- Familiarity with security technologies and surveillance systems
- **Physical Requirements**:
Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods as needed.

Application Process

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
