**Location: Udaipur**

**Key Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a General Administrator responsible for end-to-end office administration. The primary focus will be the administration of all the general office maintenance work and responsibility for various day-to-day office administrative activities.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ Years of Experience
- Booking of Hotels and Flights for Travelling.
- Handling snacks: Anytime snacks, Evening snacks, festival snacks.
- Managing Accommodation facilities of office like office Guest House.
- Skilled at Event Organizing like Cake ordering, decoration on events, organizing annual

parties, team dinners etc.
- Knowledge of Purchases: Pantry items, office stationary, office maintenance items.
- Capable of Billing and initiating Payments and Reimbursements.
- Familiar with tools of Office Maintenance: Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarm, Camera, etc.
- Coordinating with Office Maintenance Team.
- Managing Team Lunch and Team Dinner.
- Coordinating with CA.
- Handling Coffee Machine: Pricing, and other related items.
- Coordinating with Security Guard, cleaning staff and Pantry Boys.
- Maintaining records of the Food Coupons and snacks.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Good to have:

- Maintaining all the administrative records.
- Bargaining and Negotiation skills.
- Handling day-to-day office administration activities, maintenance, recovery, etc.

Pay: ₹30,294.23 - ₹73,881.40 per month

Schedule:
