This is an on-site role, and is located in Udaipur. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support, including managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Other tasks include assisting executives with their schedules and communications, organizing files, performing other tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.QualificationsAdministrative Assistance and Clerical SkillsPhone Etiquette and excellent English communication skillsExecutive Administrative Assistance experienceDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficientlyHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
