We are looking for an organized and experienced Administrative Supervisor to oversee day-to-day administrative operations at Narayan Seva Sansthan.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations.
- Oversee and coordinate office supplies, equipment, and inventory management.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
- Supervise and guide administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage teams and ensure smooth workflow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledge of office management procedures and administrative processes.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position is a plus.
