Job Description: Civil Site EngineerLocation: Udaipur, RajasthanJob Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The role involves managing site activities, ensuring high-quality work, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with project teams to deliver results on time and within budget. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to resolve on-site challenges efficiently.Roles & Responsibilities:- Supervise and monitor all civil site activities to ensure project execution as per the planned timeline and quality standards.- Manage day-to-day operations at the construction site, including labor management and material handling.- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.- Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders for smooth execution.- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain proper documentation.- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements on the site.- Assist in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and site issues.- Estimate quantities and manage procurement of construction materials as required.- Monitor the use of machinery and equipment at the site to ensure optimal utilisation.- Oversee quality control and ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with specifications.Qualification & Skills:B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.2-5 years of experience in civil site supervision and project execution.Strong understanding of construction procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency in construction software, AutoCAD, and MS Office.Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle site pressure effectively.
