**Job Description**:

- Identifying training needs based on the Requirement.
- Scheduling and Organizing training programs
- Maintaining Trainees Attendance
- Maintaining Assessment scores of Trainees who are undergoing training
- Collecting feedback from Trainees about training programs
- Preparing analytical reports for the training programs conducted Improving the effectiveness of
training program (Tracking Efficacy)

**Salary**: ₹33,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
