- Developing training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure comprehensive understanding of BPO processes and client procedures.
- Delivering interactive training sessions on various topics, including process knowledge, communication skills, customer service, and technology usage.
- Assessing training needs and creating customized training plans for individuals or teams.
- Monitoring trainee performance and providing constructive feedback to enhance learning and development.
- Collaborating with operations managers and team leads to identify training gaps and implement solutions.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and client requirements to update training content accordingly.
- Evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Providing ongoing support and coaching to employees to promote continuous improvement.
- Maintaining training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Should have good command over English & Hindi

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in education, training, instructional design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a process trainer in a BPO environment, preferably with knowledge of various BPO processes.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills to engage trainees and drive effective learning outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and audience needs.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technologies to create engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage training schedules, materials, and evaluations.
- Patient and empathetic approach to support the learning needs of diverse individuals.
- Certification in training or relevant field is a plus.
