**Position: Process Trainer - BPO | International**

**Experience**: 2 to 7 Years

**Openings**: 8 Trainer Profiles

**Location**: Bangalore

**Budget**: Up to ₹8 LPA

**Shifts**: Rotational - Morning (6 AM to 3 PM) & Afternoon (3 PM to 12 AM)

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **graduate qualification** is mandatory
- Proven **training experience** in BPO/Insurance domain
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills
- Willingness to work in **rotational shifts**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute upcoming training batches effectively
- Deliver high-quality training programs and ensure team performance
- Design, update, and maintain training manuals and materials
- Mentor and groom new trainers and team members
- Coordinate with stakeholders and get necessary approvals for training content
- Maintain and share weekly, monthly, and annual training reports
- Conduct induction, pre-process, and domain-specific training for new joiners
- Administer domain and custom assessments; publish performance reports
- Drive training process improvements and innovation
- Handle client visits and deliver impactful presentations

Pay: Up to ₹850,000.00 per year
