- **Design training programs**: Create training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
- **Conduct training**: Present training to groups and individuals
- **Evaluate training**: Assess the effectiveness of training
- **Monitor progress**: Track client progress and adjust goals and schedules
- **Provide updates**: Provide clients with updates on their progress
- **Maintain records**: Oversee maintenance of training records and resource library

- Experience in International BPO Voice training

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
