About the Role:
We are hiring a Sales Trainer for a leading International BPO in Bangalore. The right candidate will bring strong BPO experience, proven training expertise, and the ability to coach sales teams to achieve performance excellence.
Requirements:
- Overall Experience: Minimum 3 years in the BPO industry (mandatory).
- Trainer Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Sales Trainer on paper (mandatory).
- Domain Advantage: Prior experience in e-commerce processes will be a strong plus.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication in English and Hindi (mandatory)
