**Patient Care & Monitoring**:

- Provide round-the-clock nursing care to ICU patients, including ventilated and high-dependency cases.
- Monitor vital signs (BP, HR, SpO2, temperature), neurological status, fluid balance, and report deviations promptly.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and critical care treatments as per doctor's orders and protocols.

**Technical & Equipment Handling**:

- Operate and maintain ICU equipment such as ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, defibrillators, and suction machines.
- Ensure accurate calibration, sterilization, and functioning of equipment before and during patient use.

**Emergency Response**:

- Respond promptly to medical emergencies such as cardiac arrest, hypotension, or respiratory failure.
- Assist in resuscitation procedures (e.g., CPR, intubation, code blue response).

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate nursing notes, fluid charts, medication records, and patient progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, ICU team, and family members regarding patient condition and care plans.

**Infection Control & Safety**:

- Follow strict infection control practices including hand hygiene, PPE use, and equipment sterilization.
- Ensure proper isolation of infectious cases and safe waste disposal.

**Patient & Family Support**:

- Educate and support patients and their families about procedures, prognosis, and emotional care needs.
- Address concerns with empathy while maintaining patient confidentiality and dignity.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
