Staff Nurse

**Patient Care**:
- Deliver holistic nursing care to patients, including assistance with hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and medication.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient responses to treatment.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and injections as prescribed by physicians.
**Clinical Duties**:
- Assist in diagnostic tests, sample collection, dressing changes, catheterization, and minor procedures.
- Prepare patients for surgeries, investigations, or transfers as needed.
- Observe patients for changes in condition and inform the concerned doctor/nursing incharge promptly.
**Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate patient records including nursing notes, medication charts, and incident reports.
- Update case sheets and handover reports during shift changes.
**Coordination & Communication**:
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare team members for comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and family members on disease management, discharge instructions, and medication use.
**Infection Control & Safety**:
- Follow hospital infection prevention protocols, including hand hygiene, PPE use, and sterilization.
- Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal as per biomedical waste guidelines.
**Equipment & Inventory Management**:
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of nursing equipment (BP apparatus, thermometers, etc.).
- Monitor and request necessary supplies for the ward/unit.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
