Responsibilities: Lead Generation II Cold Calling
- Call existing and potential customers to inform, convince and sell the company's products and services
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Accurately record details of customer's purchase orders and process customer purchases
- Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance
- Refer customer requests/complaints to designated departments and follow-up to ensure action has been taken
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹8,748.62 - ₹15,000.00 per month
