**About the Role**:
As a Tele-Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, offering support, addressing concerns, guiding them through course options, and assessing their educational needs through a psychological lens.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct telephonic counselling sessions for students and parents regarding academic programs, career paths, and institution offerings.
- Provide empathetic listening and basic psychological support to students dealing with academic stress, decision anxiety, or personal concerns.
- Maintain follow-up communication with potential students and support them through the enrolment or admissions process.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, student queries, and counselling notes using CRM tools.
- Identify red-flag cases (mental health concerns, high anxiety, etc.) and refer them to in-house or external licensed psychologists as required.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and feedback reviews to continually enhance counselling effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field** is preferable.
- Strong verbal communication skills in **Telugu**and English.
- Ability to empathize, build rapport, and connect with students across different age groups.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, databases, and virtual communication platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
