**Counsellor with Student Counselling Experience Required**

**Job description**

Making inbound /outbound calls.

Generate walk_in prospects over the phone.

Follow up with incoming leads.

Coordination with sales team to ensure maximum lead conversion.

Fixing appointments with students for the counselling team.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on tele calling activities, including the number of calls made, appointments scheduled, and student profiles managed.

Accurately enter and update student information and documentation in our Edu tech platforms and backend database.

Ensure the completeness and correctness of student profiles, including academic transcripts, test scores, passport details, and other relevant documents.

Excellent and effective communication in English, Telugu and Hindi.

Good spoken English will be the added advantage.

Good convincing skills.

Positive attitude with a target oriented work approach.
