**Job Title**: Business Planning

**Location**: Gurgaon, India

**Experience**: 3 - 6 years

**Notice Period**: Immediate to 30 days (IF SERVING)

Our customer is leading financial/investment institutions, commercial banks.

**Overview**:
The primary objective of the role is to handle regular and adhoc business and financial performance analysis, and creating regular, periodic updates for senior management’s perusal.

**Experience**:

- 4-6 years post qualification, from financial sector
- Qualifications - CA or MBA in Finance or Economics

**Functional Responsibilities**:

- Analysis of business performance & financial results analysis, budgeting & forecasting and peer analysis etc.
- Partner with business units in business planning aspects of Client’s Group and provide supporting analysis to aid strategy and decision making
- Track broad financial market and economic trends and indicators
- Thorough analysis of rating volumes and yields, including segments wise analysis, market share, market coverage etc.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly dashboards on business performance of the group, including dashboard and MIS reports for the investor
- Peer analysis on various parameters as required by business unit heads, including quarterly results
- Provide any adhoc analytical support to facilitate decision making, as and when required

**Functional Competencies**:

- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint (or Similar) - need an expert and passionate person for excel and ppt.
- Analytical mindset, ability to work with large, unstructured data sets
- Adequate knowledge of accounting, including understanding of accrual and cash accounting concepts
- Understanding of broad financial markets, debt market/capital market and economic trends and indicators

- Attention to details coupled with ability to see the big picture
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
